Multiply it by several thousand and you have the perfect expression of Cape Town in January.The artist concentrates on the features in this picture: the colourful costume, in charcoal outline, is left to the imagination. Half drawing, half painting, this new approach has begun to be noticed in Tretchikoff’s work today.
